Due to getting a high volume of reservation everyday we really do hope that our scheduled clients will arrive on time of her preferred schedule to avoid inconvenience to other clients and also to the company as well. To lessen this kind of situation and to avoid inconvenience from each side, Clients who wants to make a reservation at Abeauty Aesthetic Clinic has to make a deposit of ¥5,000 for Medical Treatments or ¥3,000 for Non-Medical Treatments to confirm the reservation. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price of treatments that you will avail on the day of your appointment. Cancellation / Late / Reschedule / No-Show Policy: • Reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. • For reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24hours before your reservation. If not, reservation fee will be forfeited. • If less than 24hours cancellation from the confirmed booking date or No Show client, reservation fee will be forfeited also.
